	DEVELOPMENT Italcanna''''''''''''''''s rod blanks are obtained through high-temperature polymerisation ofresins and carbon fibres in our laboratories. From a choice of over 200 different compositefibres available today, Italcanna selects the finest of materials that meet its qualitative standards and technical requirements. Long-established relationships with our fibre suppliersenable us to guarantee the quality and durability of our products. Each fibre we purchase istested and used for a specific application. Today the high standard of quality achieved overthe years allows Italcanna to produce high-performance carbon blanks for the most diverse applications.
	Blanks Our rod blanks are entirely manufactured at our Lucca facility. They incorporate the exclusive no memoryy system that will allow them to spring back to theiroriginal shape even after hours of hard fighting. To achieve optimum performance, eachblank is designed, built and tested exclusively for a specific type of rod and casting weight.
	ACCURACY All Italcanna rods, whether designed for big game or trolling, areassembled with painstaking care and extreme accuracy. Each piece is rigorouslyhandcrafted by experiences skilled workers. All guides are secured to the blank via aadouble-strengthh whipping system which prevents them from working loose overtime.
	BIG GAME Italcanna and Gladiator also manufacture a range of metal fishing articles including reels, chairs, gaffs, outrigger holders, handles, reel seats, roller guides.
